A fruit smoothie IPA with loads of guanabana, for a hoppy and juicy mañana.
Guanabana Mañana was brewed with lactose and a lot of Guanabana (also known as Soursop) - fruit that comes from Central America. This fruit has healthy doses of Vitamins C, B1 and B2 and promises that you’ll be fit for this summer and full of happiness inside and out.
The profile of this beer is markedly fruity, both on aroma and flavors, with plenty of citrus and tropical fruits, coming from the use of Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops in addition to 200 kilos of fruit pulp.

Draught @ Dois Corvos, Lisboa. Pours milky pale yellow with a white head - doh! Aroma of malt, grass, rich fruity hops, peach, mango, kiwi. Flavor is light sweet, bitter, malt, grass, rich fruit juice, peach, mango. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light sweet and bitter finish. 240417

Bottle shared. Very hazy dull golden with a white head. Aroma of weedy hops, herbal hops, light fruits and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Murky grey/brown/gold weirdness with light pink hue. Some tropical fruits with papaya, mango, guava, soft sweet malts, light dank weeds. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. I like it!
