Yellowbelly cider is a naturally sparkling full juice cider and varies in strength from 5.5% to 7.5%.​ ​It is a dry cider and with the natural fizz it is a really refreshing drink. This cider has not been carbonated, it has been bottled with a small amount of fermentable sugar still present therefore when it completes its fermentation inside the bottle with nowhere for the Co2 to escape it becomes sparkling.

The label has been produced by a local artist and friend Andy Ayres, he sketched it while having a cuppa! Lincolnshire people are sometimes known as yellowbellies and although the true origin of the name is unclear I thought it would make a good label, especially how its been done.

Because this cider is sparkling it is only available in 500ml crown capped bottles.
