Made with apples picked by the Acumen Business Club on a sunny afternoon from an abandoned orchard near High Hurstwood. Thanks to Mick's hard work the trees are slowly coming back into production. Enjoy an initial hit of cox with a slow bramley finish.

330ml bottle @ Pint Shop, Birmingham. Pours clear gold, soft sour horseblanket nose. Taste is crisp, tangy with sweet apple fruit and a moderate biting acidity. Fine, but lacks a good fleshy fruity presence.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour, no head and light apple aroma. Taste is sweet, with some mellow apple notes, alittle tannin and slight vinegary funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, finish is sweet & light funk. Quite OK.

Cask @ The Ale House, Chelmsford.No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, apples, citrus and has a nuce apple finish.

Cask @ Ale House, Chelmsford. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples, red apples and light sulphur. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 150218
