Made with apples picked by the Acumen Business Club on a sunny afternoon from an abandoned orchard near High Hurstwood. Thanks to Mick's hard work the trees are slowly coming back into production. Enjoy an initial hit of cox with a slow bramley finish.

330ml bottle @ Pint Shop, Birmingham. Pours clear gold, soft sour horseblanket nose. Taste is crisp, tangy with sweet apple fruit and a moderate biting acidity. Fine, but lacks a good fleshy fruity presence.
