Volgensw mijn blikje een 8.% DDH Saison. Goudkleurig helder bier met schuim dat snel wegszakt. Smaak is bitterzoet en fruitig met iets van gras, wat hars, appel, vanille en sinaasappel. Prima bier.

28/IV/23 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2023-346)

Little cloudy orange blond beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet apples, ripe pears, some tropical fruits, a touch of lychee maybe, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty herbal start, bitter, hoppy, grains, some cloves, yeasty character, some banana, cookie dough, a bit chemical, something off. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, autolyse, bitter, banana peel, a bit chemical finish, oxidized stuff, not a big fan.

Draft at Grote Markt Lentebier festival, The Hague. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bread, light herbs, coriander, citrus, alcohol, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Stupid alcohol, why bother..

Tap at Lentebierfestival Grote Markt. Slight hazy golden with big white head. Lots of grains, white bread, yoghurt, alcohol, apple, some light lime and grassy hops. The aroma is quite subtle, except for the grains and alcohol. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Full bodied with alcoholic finish. Way too much alcohol, makes no sense to me.
