Sample, many thanks to Danlo for sending this over! Drunk while cooking a mushroom stroganoff. Pours a generally clear pale gold, aroma presents gentle apple fruit, distant orchard. Has quite a nice prominent fleshy apple presence to taste, light bitter core, very faint earthy woody notes, but mostly this is about the fruit. Would've been nice to know the apple used, but alas google does not provide the data required. Nice introduction to this producer.

BIAB from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and mellow apple aroma with woody funk. Taste is bittersweet apple, slightly astringent, woody, loamy, funky, with some fruity notes and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable
