Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of dust and yeast, with citric hints. Sour and bitter flavour of yesteryear's yeast and hops, with touches of malt. Acidic and bitter aftertaste. Well, not my kind of fun.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear light amber with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light caramel and light bretty. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. Surely the brett infection is unintented, but it works well. 280718

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, white head. Fruity, bretty(!!) aroma. Flavour has some sour rag, brett. Far from as nice as the aroma. Must be wrong.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, caramel, fruits, hops and has a nice sour bitter finish. Probably not intentional with the brett, but it works quite well.

500ml bottle from Surtees Arms, Ferryhill. Dark golden amber colour, creamy white foam head leaving alittle lacing and fruity aroma. Taste is pale malt, sweetish, bready with sourish fruity, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK.

Cask @ Surtees in Ferryhill. A nice creamy mouthfeel to a clear crisp looking pint. The notes of sweet spices and fruits give this a more-ish palate and a vanilla aftertaste which is quite nice.
