500ml bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph. Pours a glowing amber orange. Aroma of fleshy apple fruit, brown sugar, vanilla, toffee. Continues to taste, relatively light body with nice natural apple juice and gently sweet caramelised fruit. Nicely rounded with great drinkability. Very good.

Bottle at the Watch House, West Bay, Dorset 5/7/2013. Clear gold with moderate fizz; the yeast stayed safely at the bottom of the bottle. Easy drinking cider, with some dryish fruit, a citrus edge and lingering, fruity finish. Enjoyable.
