Our Pictish cider plus fresh local strawberries, raspberries, elderflowers and a tweek of root ginger.

It was a top drop when we launched it at the Errol Gala; everyone was up dancing, even some who were notoriously unfamiliar with the procedure.

Brilliant served well chilled.

Bottle direct from the winery. It pours clear pinky - blush with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is warming spice, gingersnaps, apple skin, fresh Scottish red berry, strawberry in particular , touch of celery and rhubarb. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, crunchy, red apple, slightly puckering, red berry, strawberry, raspberry, jammy, rhubarb and just a touch of warming spice. Average body and fine, fizzy carbonation. Nothing synthetic about this fruited cider for sure. Easy going summery stuff.

500ml bottle from Cairn o Mohr Shop, Perthshire. Pinkish yellowy gold colour, thin fizzy white foam head that quicky dissipates away and aroma of strawberry, elderflower, apple. Taste is sweetish, tart, berries, raspberry, floral elderflower, some fleshy apple. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable.
