This Cider has a golden haze and the apple taste is unwrapped in your mouth. Aged for two years, the taste is rich with bittersweet fruit. We only make this cider in a year when the fruit is really good.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of musty apple. Taste is slightly tart apple, fruity, with lots of biscuity, cardboard notes. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry light tart finish with lingering biscuit. OK, tastes abit oxidised.

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours almost colourless, very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of moderately sweet fleshy apples, light citrus tannins. Medium sweetness, very light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.

Bag at the Railway Arms, Downham Market. Extremely light and flat. Light apple aroma with some mothball notes. Taste is a revelation, as the apple bittersweet fills the mouth. Light palate. Not bad.
