Bottle from Scrattings. Clear dark gold, brief white fizz. Aroma of apple juice and skins, barnyard, bittersweet notes. Taste of mellow bittersweet apple juice, a little woody, drying finish. Not huge in charactor but nice and sessionable.

Bottled. A golden cider. The aroma has notes of apples, and apple core. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, apples, wood, and apple core, leading to a dry finish.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of orchardy tangy apple. Taste is fruity apple, juicy, orchardy, some light woody, leathery funk and bittersweet, with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Rich's Cider Farm. Drunk at Wimbleball Lake whilst cooking ribs and some Pork & Apple burgers from Sheppy's Cider Farm. Pours a clear bright gold. Aroma is fairly light medium fruit. Taste is exceptionally clean, balanced, lightly fruity but a touch bland like much of Rich's shiny branded bottles. It's fine, and great for a hot Summer's evening like today, but I find myself itching for more characterful apple flavours.
