A quintessential blend of bittersweet cider infused with freshly pressed blackcurrant juice to create a refreshing, fruit cider. We say no to the typical sugary-sweet fruit cider and offer our own, real cider alternative to what we believe a fruit cider should be.

7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours dark pink / pale brown with a fizzed up short lasting off-white head. Aroma of light sweet berries, sugary boiled sweets and hint of sweet apple and blackberry pie. Medium plus sweetness and light berry tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Not so good, though have had worse and certainly better than many of the best selling fruit ‘ciders’.

500ml bottle from trade with minutemat, cheers Mat! Pinkish red colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity blackberry, some apple. Taste is sweet, blackberry & blackcurrant, with apple and light underlying tannin. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi-sweet berry finish. OK

500ml bottle. Pours vivid clear pink, light sparkle. Mixed berry nose. Quite a light body, thin fruit presence, breezy berry hints, clearly watered down cider with minimal apple fruit. Not too sweet. Easy-going cider, designed to be drunk in large amounts.
