A bold cider for connoisseurs. 70% Dabinett for a deep dry complex flavour. Unfiltered and lightly carbonated for a big tasting cider.

330ml bottle, thanks Danlo for this. Pours a deep orangey amber. Aroma is quite strong, some sweet caramel, brown sugar. Taste bears a gentle sparkle, some stewed apple fruit, caramel, brown sugar, moderately sweet. Good stuff.

21/7/2019. Sample, from bottle, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear dark gold with a small ring of white bubbles. Aroma of medium sweet apple, caramel, light funky tannins. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, lily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty decent.

330ml bottle. Orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of mellow apple, alittle apple core. Taste is tangy apple, some apple skin, hint of caramel, and bittersweet, light funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable
