BIAB at Station House Cider Festival 2019. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of gooseberry, fruity, floral, elderflower, citric. Taste is sweet and tart, pineapple, passionfruit, dessert pear, with lactic hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity pear finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.

From a plastic barrel at GBBF 08. Clear pale gold. Bit of cheese on aroma. Some tannin in there, rather good pear fruit. Bit of acidity. That’s alright actually, bit of tannin coats the gums. Fruit is quite syrupy and intense in fact.

[Barrel at GBBF 2005] A pale hazy yellow perry with no head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet perry combined with light notes of wood.
