BIAB at Station House Cider Festival 2019. Clear golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of spicy, peppery, pear. Taste is drying, astringent, tannic, pear flesh, then peppery, woody. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry finish. Like the extreme dryness, very drinkable.

At GBBF 2011. Cloudy silver gold colour. Its an ok perry halfway between sweet and dry. Some tannin a nod toward the the acetone. Quite full in mouth. Good hit of pear juice on the finish. Decent if a touch of stale cardboard
