BIAB at Station House Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour, no head and aroma of leather, funky apple. Taste is drying, astringent, fleshy apple, some apple skin, with leathery woody funk, and citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bag in box at the jolly judge. Pours golden, nose is Apple crumble, caramel, taste is Apple, slight vinegar, funky.
