Taste - green apples and wood again. Lemon edge. Palate - light bodied, high acidity. Good linger! Overall - a bit challenging but worth the time investment.

330ml bottle @ Coracle Ironbridge. Pours misty yellow, bit whisky drenched aroma. Crisp, tangy first impressions, leaning towards whisky, vanilla and high juice with lots of good oaky complexities working in tandem with some low lying tannins. Very enjoyable this.
