Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Almost clear golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is mellow apple, light funk, wood must, straw, very subtle acidic nostril twinge. Taste comprises apple skins, grains, funk, hedgerow, tangy, light acidity, vanilla oak, tannins, light soapy edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. It's okay ... just has a little off note on the flavour ... touch of soap and butter.

6/12/2022. Bottle from a farmers market in rural Suffolk. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Slightly bitty. Aroma is citric, green apple, flowers, solvent, lightly funky, vinegar edge. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Medium body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Dry, tart acidic finish. Perhaps a little past its best but still quite enjoyed it.

Taste is slightly tart and tangy apple, fruity, orchardy, light funk, woody, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

75cl bottle, thanks Grumbo for this! Pours a lightly misty golden yellow, aroma is thin apple skins, dry apple fruit. Taste is exceptionally dry, high fruit content, but a little thin on fruit, some woody shades and soft tannins with a light acidity. Fine, but a little dry for me.
