75cl bottle from Scrattings. Pours pale gold. Aroma presents crisp skin and apple core, appley sparkling wine character, spritzy, cremant-like and bone dry with lots of fine bubbles and delicate apple notes. Nice fresh aperitif cider.

750ml wired cork bottle. Golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of funky tangy leathery apple. Taste is tart, woody, apple, with champagne & white wine notes then funky, leather, barnyard, drying, grassy, earthy, tannin. Foamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Very drinkable.
