Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, mango and tropical fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long tropical and citrus finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap at the castle inn Nottingham. Light hazed pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light citrus. Slight sweet and crisp. Not much going on for me.

500ml bottle Sophie's Beer Store. Misty golden yellow appearance, good white head. Fresh tropical mosaic nose. Crisp palate with balanced carbonation, perfectly presented mosaic hop profile, good floral pine. Very good.

500ml bottle delivered from the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester and drunk at home. Light gold with a little bit of haze and a small white head. Apricot, dried grass, berry notes in the aroma. Bittersweet taste, nuce balance with heavy malt notes alongside the hops. More bitterness in the finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Like all Kernel, it does what it says on the tin, and then some.

Creamy white head stayed on a hazy light straw coloured still body. Confectionery & hopped up aroma. Medium bodied, smooth, creamy & tingly on the back. Confectionery, pine, peach, mango & grapefruit tastes with with a bitter pithy finish. Excellent!

Bottle. Orange golden color. Grapefruit and pineapple in the aroma. Grassy, slightly herbal soft hopbitter flavor with melon, pineapple and grapefruit. A yeasty bitterness in the aftertaste. Tasty!

33cl bottle at Bread and Meat, Cambridge, UK. Pours hazy brilliant blonde, with abundant white foam, foamy and grossly grained. Aroma is fresh and citrus, mandarin and orange in particular. Body is average like carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter. Finish is regular.
