500ml bottle thanks to minutemat! Pours clear deep gold. Aroma is sour funk, rich apple fruit. Taste is fairly sour with a punchy wild character, good complexity, with fascinating wild yeast depths, prickly, thorny, wild meadow flora threatening a vicious sour bite, but becoming likeable as the palate becomes accustomed to it. Marketed as a lambic cider im sure this would generate excitement in the right quarters. An interesting sipper.

500ml bottle thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of solventy funky apple. Taste is tart, solventy, apple, funk, with straw and citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK.
