75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. This one is called 'Fletcher's Premium Cider Medium Sweet' but since it is 6% am making the assumption that it fits in here. Appearance - deep but bright amber. Nose - sweet, ripe, stewed apple. Taste - more of the rich apple, possibly stewed. There is still a little acid though. Palate - tangy but mainly sweet and creamy in texture. Medium bodied. Overall - a little sweet for my taste, but well made.

EU local swap 1/20, danke an minutemat. Süffiger, süßlicher Apfelbeginn, natürlich, trockener Hintergrund. Pelziges Mundgefühl, geringfügig herb. Mittellanger, zunehmend süßer Abgang. 8/9/9/7/8/8

26/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed (whilst listening to Ashtar's Urantia to keep with the Brazilian theme). Poured clear bright gold with an average sized foamy but fairly short lasting off-white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples, light wood and tannins. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. Nice tartness to finish balances the sweetness. Well done.

750ml bottle from trade thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours an orange-gold amber colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of woody apple, hint of funk. Taste is fruity apple, alittle funk, medium sweet with some woody oak and light drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-sweet finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

75cl bottle while listening to Beneath the Remains, 30 years since it released! Pours a deep clear amber, white ring. Aroma presents good medium fruit. Good fruity character, not too sweet, nice fleshy high fruit content, but retaining quite a nice mild gentle vibe. Soft underlying tannin. Nice all-rounder, good drinkability.
