500ml bottle from Vine and Grain, drunk at our lodge cabin in Skirlaugh East Yorks. Hazed deep reddish amber, good off-white head. Quite malty, floral and hoppy sweet with apricot and orange hints. For some reason reminds me of an early-craft IPA. Decent.

Bottle from Vine And Grain. Appearance - golden amber and lightly hazy. Creamy off white head. Nose - light toffee, bread apricot and red fruits. Taste - apricot and light caramel. Bready. Palate - close to medium bodied. Creamy texture. The finish could be a bit cleaner. Overall - OK but not on style.

12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malts, fruit, veg, grass and light butter. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily/sticky texture, soft combination. Finishes quite sweet. Not bad.
