26/4/2019. Cask, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours very dark brown with a small ring of beige bubbles. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, peat and a little smoke. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Decent aroma, lacked a bit of body.

Cask at Hopper House Brew Farm. Black colour with reddish tinge, biege foam head leaving lacing and aroma of chocolatey malt, roasted, coffee. Taste is malt, roasty, chocolate & coffee, fruity with light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roasty finish. Quite drinkable
