Cask sample from Hull Beer & Cider Fest 2019, thanks to Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Golden colour, some bubbles on top and citrusy hoppy aroma. Taste is malt, caramel, grainy, with zesty citrus and hoppy earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours clear bright gold with a lasting bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, vanilla, light tropical fruit, grass and a hint of pine. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Floral vanilla finish with nice lasting bitterness. Enjoyed this.

Gravity cask at the 2017 Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival. Golden and almost clear with a small film of white head on top. Herbal and grassy scent with touches of hay. Sweet, refreshing, candied and slightly floral taste. Medium to long finish which is bittersweet with just a touch of astringency. Dried cantaloupe notes in the aftertaste. A decent little drop.
