Aromas of toffee mingle with pine & fruitiness from the use of the Pioneering flavour forward Simcoe Hop. A chewy, caramelly, sticky maltiness and medium body gives way to a distinct bitter finish. The Beer is then smoothed out and aroma brought forward from the use of an authentically cultured American West Coast Yeast.

Cask at Hole in the Wall, Darlington. Amber colour with reddish tinge, biege foam head leaving lacing and aroma of caramel, malty, fruity berry, citrus hop. Taste is sweetish, malty, toffee, caramel, with fruity hops, citrusy, pine and earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry malty hoppy finish. Quite drinkable
