BIAB at Cider Box, Bristol. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma: pears, caramel, light funk. Taste: moderate sweet, light tart. pear, tangy, towards dry. Medium body with no carbonation.

13/4/2019. From Bag in a Box, at Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival, 2019. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet pears, caramel and a hint of wood. Moderate to medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Dry finish. Not bad.

BIAB at Hull Real Ale & Cider Fest 2019. Golden colour, no head and aroma of light pear, funk. Taste is tangy pear, fleshy pear, drying, fruity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK
