BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Fest 2019. As Medium 6%. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and fruity apple core aroma. Taste is tangy apple, tart, citric with some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK
