330ml bottle from Pilango online. Golden amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of musty apple, fleshy. Taste is sweet, then sour, tart, apple flesh, juicy, bittersweet, with some drying apple core, and hints of caramel. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, quite a tart dry finish. OK.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold. Aroma of moderately sweet apple fruit. Taste is vibrant bittersweet apple fruit, soft tannic fuzz, clear balanced, crisp apple fruit character, some green apple sweetness. Very good, enjoyable fruity cider.
