Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB. Aroma almost of white wine, white grape, green apple and leather. The aroma does not really follow through on the taste. Slightly watery with no carbonation. It is a dry finish.

Bladder bag box at the Royston, Broadstairs, 07/10/22. Pale yellow with no head. Nose is apple pulp, sharp apple aromas, tannins, oak. Taste comprises bitter apple peel, straw orchard wood, apple core, light acidity. Medium bodied, modest carbonation, big dry dry close. Not bad.

Cask gravity at the walkhampton Inn dartmoor. A clear very pale petrol coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, flint, bark, apple juice,. Flavour is tart lemon juice, crisp apple, pinch of vinegar, dry finish some tannin. Palate is tart and tangy, low carbonation. Pinch of acid. Not a fan.

Draught. Golden colour, no head and funky apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, orchardy apple, citric fruity, leathery funky and then dry tangy. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tart finish. Bag in a box at The Lanes Dover. Haze pale gold green colour no head. Very dry cider. Almost oarching on the finish. Some racy acidity on the finish Slightly sour apple juice. Almost like an unblended lambic. Love the finish.
