Available February 2019: A delicious milk stout base with the addition of cocoa nibs for a truly decadent sweet and rich chocolate stout. The initial sweet flavour ends with an almost roasted coffee taste.
Did you know...
An ancient trade which has sustained workmen in the North since the 7th century. Sea-coaling has been a part of life in Hartlepool for centuries, and is made possible by the tides, which erode coal from the bed of the North Sea, which is then washed up on the beach every day.
Each man can harvest more than a tonne of coal each day, which is then sold on to power plants to produce energy.

Cask at Stockton Ale & Arty Fest 2019. Black-brown colour with a reddish tinge, bubbly biege foam head leaving alittle lacing and roasty chocolate aroma. Taste is chocolate, malty, milky, sweetish, with caramel, honey notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty finish. Quite drinkable
