BIAB sample from Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of solventy apple. Taste is tart, tangy apple, alittle apple skin, green apple, some vanilla, and drying solventy notes. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry sourish finish. Quite drinkable.

23/2/2019. From bag in box at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2019, Norwich. Pours clear very pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sour green apples and sulphur. Light sweetness, medium to heavy sourness. Moderate body, watery and slightly oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Very dry finish. Liked it.
