750ml corked bottle. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling golden colour, white foamy head that diminishes to a thin layer and aroma of fruity apple, sweet, orchardy. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, crisp, dry, some apple skin and cooked apple hints, woody funky earthy notes, bittersweet, with some tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tart & tannic finish. Very drinkable.
