Bottle pour at The Cider House - Borough Market, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Aroma is musty, with gentle farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and light funk. Flavour is dry, with a dry white wine character, musty apples, and farmhouse notes. Real nice complexity of the apples and farmhouse character, with a bone dry finish. Excellent.

750ml wire corked bottle, opened with a loud pop. Vintage 2015. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tart apple, fruity, citric. Taste is dry, fizzy fruity apple, sweetish, some light funk, leather, earthy, hay, biscuit hints and tangy citric, with white wine-like notes. Spikey mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
