Bottle. Online somewhere. Might have been Hoptimism. Bit gutted that Martin, the brewer has now retired. Always interesting beers, and some really were top tier stuff. Anyway. Bit of an initial gush. Pours vibrant gold. Light haze. Super sturdy, lasting, bright white foam. Nose has elderflower. Lemony brett. Clean grain. Whiff of Poppyland smoke. Taste is fruity and sweet, with a dry, lemony, bretty bitterness. Medium body. Pretty smooth. Fine carbonation. Light, lingering brett bitterness to finish. Very nice.

500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of elderflower, sherbet, fruity citric. Taste is grains, citric, elderflower with fruity, yeasty earthy farmhouse bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry light bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
