Beautifully balanced fruity flavours with just the right amount of tannin. A blended cider of bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples.

fiery red color. No head. Interesting raspberry, apple skins, very dry but not overly tart, the tannins stick to your tongue and teeth. Very low carbonation. Very nice

Half pint @ Harry's Cider Farm, Somerset. Golden pour, light mist. Still. Aroma presents juicy apple fruit, overall taste is natural, light bodied still, with full bittersweet apple fruit flavours, soft tannins, drying finish. Decent.

7/6/2019. From bag in a box at the 28th Doncaster Beer Festival. Pours almost clear mid gold with a small bubbly head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, tannins and barnyard. Moderate to medium sweetness with light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish, quite drinkable.

BIAB at Chesterfield CAMRA 2019 Beer Festival at the Winding Wheel. Clear golden colour, no head and funky juicy apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, fruity, mellow apple, with some tangy drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
