Een mooie frisse Session IPA. Ondanks het lage alcoholpercentage heeft deze toch een mooie body door het gebruik van 75% regionaal geteelde en vermoute gerst. Bij het inschenken vormt zich een stevige helder witte schuimkraag.

Specificaties:
Alcohol percentage (%): 3,9 EBC (kleur): ~14 EBU (bitterheid): ~25 Aanbevolen drinktemperatuur (oC): 4-7
Gebruikte ingrediënten: Water.

Mouten: Pilsmout (regionaal geteeld en vermout), Munichmout, CaraMunich.
Hoppen: Citra, Mosaic.

Fris citrus.
Milde bitterheid, citrus, frisse fruittonen. Fruitig met een zacht bittertje.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Hazy pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, apricots and toast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, orange, mandarin, grainy malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Sweet and dry malts. Unclear dark golden with white head. Algae over hops equals Noord Hollandse. Medium body and soft carbonation. Definitely aiming for but not yet touching the happy place. Gonads and strife.

Draft at Nord Holland beer festival Alkmaar ‘19. Hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, grass and citrus with light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
