Our favourite chef, barmanager, and fulltime lovely person decided to leave our beer bar BEER loves FOOD in Amsterdam. We therefore treated him to his very own Imperial Stout. 'Cause an Imperial personality deserves an Imperial beer, right?
Thankfully, Timothy will still be Morebeer's head brewer and we're looking forward to many more beers from Timothy.

(Draught at 'Cause Beer Loves Food, Amsterdam, 30 Aug 2019) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, liquorice and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, chocolate, caramel, liquorice and s sweetish finish with a balanced roasty bitterness. Full body, really sweet. Powerful and hardly balanced, but really tasty and warming. Nice one.

Draft at Coz Beer Loves Food, Amsterdam. Black with a thick beige head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, coffee, light licorice and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
