Produced by Shiga Kogen, Brouwerij de Molen and Hair of the Dog, this bottle is a blend of Hel & Verdoemenis, W-IBA and Fred. History and tradition are intertwined with creative though and passion, producing a beverage with depth and flavor.

Borefts 2017 day 2. Black with light tan head. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate malts. Light plastics and trashbags. Did someone drop anmushroom in this? Big sweet and massive roasted bitterness. Full body, slick on the outside. Low carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Clear deep reddish brown with small beige head. Toffee, sweet malts, some grapes, bourbon, vanilla, dry old wood. Medium sweet and bitter. Almost full bodied.

Interesting! Fairly dry, a bit herbal, even seems a bit peated. Not sure what to make of it, but definitely odd and tasty.

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: very roasted, some charcoal, dark chocolate, crème brûlée touch, nice smell! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty roasted, bitter, lots of dark chocolate, some vanilla, coffee, mocha. Aftertaste: sweet, lots of sweetness, lot of chocolate, very roasted, bitter finish.

Keg at De Molen 2017 Friday... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet toffee chocolate roast malts... Rich woidy chocolate roast.. Heavy sweet chocolate roast malts.. Sweet chocolate roast.. Massive roast.. Dark fruits

Bottle at the brewery: pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is vanilla, whisky, barrel, chocolate, cocoa, coffee. Taste is cocoa, whiskey, coffee. Body is not too heavy. Boozy it is not. Interesting.
