Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and some licorice. Rather sweet, malty, moderately roasty and slightly spicy taste of caramel, dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and hazelnut, followed by a long, rather roasty-bitter, slightly earthy-dry finish. Full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good!

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 1 + tasting glass on Day 2. Very dark brown to black. Taste is massive sugar, chocolate bourbon, huge syrup, that huge oak from W-IPA, Fred pure sweet mal syrup, H&V leads some chocolate syrup. Taste is chocolate syrup, huge sugar, sweet toffee, oak, candy from the W-IPA and Fred,… Pure malt syrup but less thick than Fred. Some oxidation, very good even if too alcoholic & strong to do a lot of it even the tasting glass was heavy but I adore it, really good balance of all 3 beers used.
