The Apple version of the Blanche de Namur. Very soft, with a base of fresh apple juice. It will be beautiful and even more refreshing in a cocktail or a granita.

Straw yellow. Hazy. Huge white frothy head. Falls down in half a minute. Well-lacing. The aroma is wheaty, yeasty, spicy. Not much of apple in between. Light body. Thin texture. The taste is a bit more sweet than it is applicable. Sugary, bready, spicy. Apple juice. Some artificial lemony notes. Low bitterness. Unimpressive.

Bottle from World Beer Market. A very cloudy light straw gold with a thick dense head of foam. The nose is fruity apple and wheat, a bit artificial but alright. The taste is fruit juice, apple, mild woodsy hops and wheat. More juice than beer but tasty enough.

Bottle sampled. Pours clear white wine golden with a white head. Aroma of artificial sweet apple, crappy air freshener and apple smelling dish wishing liquid. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a touch of sourness. Light bodied with light carbonation. Not good.

Pours a hazy pale color, topped with a medium white head. Pleasant wheaty aroma, spices and fruits. Taste is fruity, sweet, very enjoyable. Mild soury finish and cidery aftertaste. Easily drinkable and enjoyable.

Hazy pale yellow colour. It’s effectively a sweet apple juice mixed with a Belgian Wit. Light and refreshing. Much better than any Radler.

Apple beer based on Blanche de Namur with a mousse-like, off-white head and a cloudy, straw-yellowish colour. Aroma dominated by cinnamon and sugary apple juice or some mass-marketed apple cider, but the wheat and even the coriander from the base witbier also shine through. Soft mouthfeel, very sweet apple juice taste, some soft acidity from the wheat, thin mouthfeel; thirst-quenching and to my personal taste less off-putting than their Redbocq or Agrumbocq, but still very far from my favorite style.

Fresh and fruity beer, luckily it’s a bit sour. Tastes more like cider than beer though.
