Old notes from 2015 - A bottle brought back from Paris by a friend. Pours a hazy orange colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of citrus & yeast. Taste is on the sweet side, with flavours of fruit including citrus with a hint of a bitter finish. Overall, a fairly decent hefeweizen.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some spices, yeast and mild herbs. Flavour is wheat, spices, herbs, yeast and mild toffee. Balanced. Basic good wheat.

33cl bottle (5,2%) from Beerwulf webshop. F: thin, white, quickly diminishing. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, wheat, spicy, mellow fruity, banana, bit orange. T: medium malty base, orange, herbal, fruity, spicy, medium carbonation, quite messy all together and not for the style.

Bottle. Peach perfumed nose, light funky. Cloudy yellow, huge foaming head. Medium mellow body, light sparkles, light vanilla icecream finish. A very Belgian IPA style Weizen.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with fluffy white head. Aroma is esters, Belgian-like, perfumey, dough. Taste is esters, peach, perfumey. High carbonation. Not really Hefeweizen-like.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Post PBF XII Tasting ] - Patrik's Apartment, Vassa. [ As Gallia Hefeweizen ].ABV: 5.2%. Hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, weizien yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, wheat, sweet yeast, weizen yeast, banana, BBQ banana. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180708] 6-3-6-3-12

330ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Stable white, bubbly head. A wheat haze to a yellow-gold body.Spotty lacing. Wheat and sweet fruity aromas. Spiced fruity taste alongside some banana impact. Rounded mid-sweet ending. True to the style, more or less. (Session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 25.10.2018).

A light yellow beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has sourness of wheat, bubblegum, only some fruitness with lemon. Taste has wheat, it's diffucult to find fruitness here, bubblegum and some spicyness. Medium bodied. Decent.
