COCONUT & VANILLA IMPERIAL STOUT...A monarchical black beer brewed with the sovereign of stouts himself.... Mr Alan Thomson of OLD CHIMNEYS. Vantablack in colour with complex layers of the finest kilned mated barley revealing monster notes of cinder toffee, worn leather, dark cocoa, toasted coconut and Madagascan vanilla. Mashed & boiled with raw coconut flakes then matured for 4 weeks on toasted coconut and Bourbon Island vanilla beans.

Can at home. Coffee bean color with a brownish foam. Nose: the aroma has some minor flaws, sadly (not young). Mouth: super carbonated, a bit spoiled.

440ml can. Sweet, roasty and heavy with vanilla, coconut flake notes and hints of cocoa. Some weird perfumy notes too.

Can @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino media. Al naso note di cioccolata, caffé, vaniglia, il cocco si sente poco (per fortuna). In bocca è perfettamente equilibrata, attacco dolce, cioccolatoso, finale caffettoso amaro. Corpo pieno, carbonazione morbida. Molto buona.
