Nuestra pequeña versión y homenaje a aquellos que, hace 4000 años, ya elaboraban nuestra querida cerveza, aquí mismo, en Soria. Trigo y una mezcla de especias para esta edición creada para el festival Boresft 2019, junto a nuestros queridos Caelia.

From tap at Borefts 2019. Herbal aroma with sourish wheat, coriander, clove. Mild sweet flavour, lighly sourish, light to moderate bitter. Refreshing, spicy, very wheaty. Interesting beer.

Draught @ BBF 2019 11th. edition [ Borefts Beer Festival 2019 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

[ As Yria / Caelia El Túmulo De La Sima (especial Borefts 2019) ].
ABV: 5.0%. Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, herbs, spicy, bubble gum - yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, bubble gum, spicy, herbs, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190927]

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Hazy unclear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is herbal, spicy and somewhat lemon-ish. Flavor is very watery and thin. Not much to it imo. Meh.

Tap at Borefts 2019. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is big floral, herbal, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, grainy, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Jeg går planken sammen med Kitty på Chinaski Lavapies, Madrid sep-19: lett uklar korngul med fint skum som varer. Urter, koriander, mynte/tyggis og en halv banan. Einer (!) i avslutningen. Frisk og rask.

Borefts XI, Day 2. Keg. Cloudy yellow- gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry and has a minerally crispness. Dry wheaty malts, very wheaty and somewhat powdery. A slightly off perfumey floral note. Trace of citrus. Light dry finish. I love it when brewers revive old recipes but not everything ancient was good and it makes you thankful for modern styles.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is herbal, white sugar, some grassy-leafy hops. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not great.
