16/10/2022. Can from Beer Wine Spirits. Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sweet apple juice, citrus, starchie edge. Medium plus sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Okay.

Tap at the Coldstream brewpub. Poured a clear, opaque, with little life. The aroma is big crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a light, crisp, fruity palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Too sweet for me.

330ml bottle from Dan Murphy’s Hurstville. Clear watery pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apples, citrus. Taste is apple, apple skins, citric, light woody oak & vanilla, bittersweet. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry slight tannic finish. Quite OK.

Pours with almost no colour. Some apple notes and confectionery along with white wine. Very sweet smelling. Like jelly beans.More apple and confectionery notes as flavours. A lot clean than the aroma would suggest. Too sweet though.Could use more carbonation.

Bottle. Very pale greenish-yellow. Sweet apple aroma with a hint of pepper and berries. Sweet with light chewyness and a little acidity cleaning things up a bit at the end. Not a lot to it.
