Towering, thick white head over cleasopperish golden beer, lively carbonated. Bit of caramel, garden herbs & weeds, bit oppressive almost, and a faint note of pickles. Fruity, vegetable flavours, and again ever so slightly sourish note. Indeed rosemary, but I don't get any orange, blood or other. Finish again caramel. Slick, nearly medium bodied, good carbonation. A bit more blood, sorry, oranges might have been beneficial. Txs to Stef!

Pours clear blonde, medium big to big white head. Stable, bit creamy in texture. Smell is intense, dry, spices ( phenols) bit fruity ( added orange, or so i've heard? ) Taste is intense. bitter, phenolic, but not over the top. lasting both very long in the aftertaste, with phenols and bitterness both upping one another , taking turns. The fruityness ( orange ) is there for complexity, doesnt overpower at all . Dry, with a high carbo. Nice !
