ZESTY PALE DUAL HOP SERIES The first on the Dual Hop Series: The best of German and US hops with balanced orangey flavours from Mandarina Bavaria and big citrus zestiness from Simcoe. Really nice malt bill including a touch of Cara Red to lend the beer a pale orange hue. ALLERGENS: Wheat & barley malt

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Amber colour and pretty tasty to be honest. Some malt on the aroma. Decent hops on the finish. Not very bitter. Some dryness on the finish. Some residual sweetness from the malt. Decent.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/2/2018. Deep gold in colour, with a foamy, white, head. Aroma of light, citrus, hops, biscuity malts and some tangerine sweetness. flavour had a crisp malt base, with more fruit and some rich tea sweetness, before a dryish finish. A pleasant session beer.
