Nose is dry smoked cheese, vegetation, smoke, slight pine; an intriguing prospect. Taste is smoked Bavarian cheese leading to leather, spice, salt, bread, rye, spinach touch of lemon. One of the most unique beers I have ever had; certainly the most savoury. I never really think of beers as paring with food but this would be perfect with cold meats and bread.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts quite malty-smokey, light sourish-salty hints, more and more spicy. Finish still with smokey notes. Interesting beer!

Unclear dark golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Very inviting and fresh aroma. Citric, mild salty, herbal and mild smoked. A fine body with a fresh bitterness and moderate sweetness. Fine carbonation. Mild fresh and tasty flavor. Citric, mild smoked, mild herbal, some spiced notes and light salty. A really nice gose.

Bottle.Muddy yellow colour with small white head.Taste of leather and yeast.Flavor is smoked and salty with medium body and light smooth mouth feels is a little thin but over all ok beer.

Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, salt, smoke, bread and grain. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of salt, smoke, lemon and bread. Light medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

Bottle shared at my 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Erzengel for this bottle! Cloudy yellow. Smoky aroma with sausages and a fruity note. Flavor is slightly sweetish and slightly tart, with smokiness, wheat, a lemony touch, a bit of spicines and a light salty hint in the finish. Medium-bodied. Really nice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy deep golden, mid sized head. Mildly smoky nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. salted caramel and smoke, notes of juniper. Low-medium bitterness. Interesting flavour profile, but the heaviness reduces the drinkability.

50cl bottle from Systembolaget. Golden, hazy, thin white head. Aroma is complex with sourness, campfire smoke, juniper, wheat in aroma. Flavor has youghurt, wheat, salt, smoke, sourness and citrus. Citrusy, smoky finish. Refreshing. Smooth and sour at the same time. Awesome brew.
