Cette hoppy red ale brassée avec La Quince Brewery avait déjà été annoncée il y a quelques mois, mais nous étions relativement déçus du résultat final, nous avions décidé de ne pas mettre la bière sur le marché. Pas question de rester sur une fausse note...nous l'avons rebrassée, et cette fois on se réjouit de la partager avec vous.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Aningen disig kopparfärgad vätska med en högt smutsvitt skum. LIte mycket kolsyra. Söt doft med kolaremmar och karamell. Fruktkompott, tallskott, mjukpepparkaka. Sötman balanseras av en lätt kådig och kryddig beska. Ganska tunn kropp och lite spretig. Ok

33cl bottle (BBF: 01/03/2020, 4,5%) from Färm.Sainte-Catherine bio shop in Brussels. F: big, tan, long lasting. C: dark murky, coppery. A: tangerine, grapefruits, pine resin, mellow tropical fruits, bit caramel. T: medium malty base, grapefruits, pine touch, bit tropical fruits, biscuits touch, high carbonation, more red IPA for me with hoppy accent, I expected something more balanced here, still enjoyed.

Bottle. Etre. Opened with a big hiss. Poured super murky, copper colour. Big old head is foamy and dense. Nose has marmalade. Strawberry jam. Ginger biscuit malt. Citrus peel. Some pine. Plenty happening. Taste has well balanced citrus and pine. Light to medium body. High, foamy carbonation. Light piny bitterness to finish. Good. Could have done without the bonkers fizz.

Bouteille 33cl de Färm, St Catherine. BB 01/03/2020. Ambrée, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme fruité houblonné virant sur des notes tropicales - un peu abricot, pêche blanche, mandarine. Palais est léger axé sur le houblonné : herbacé sur le noble anglais EKG, Fuggles avec un petit twist plus tropical - fruité. Malté axé sur un léger biscuité, caramel et finement grillé. Le fruité un peu tropical noté au nez est plus discret en bouche avec l'apport plus malté.

23/08/2019 - small draught glass @Ermitage Taproom. Murky copper, sticky off-white head. Nose is malts, caramel, fruits, bitter. Taste is piny, fruits, bit caramel, bit cake, bitter ending. Nice.

Tap. Pours ugly sewage water light brown. Aroma and flavor are sweet and bitter, dry, malt, pine, yeast. Overall: ok
