Pretty cloudy yellow to light beige beer, solid off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, mainly passion fruits, sourish impression, tangerine juice, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, bit resinous, chemical bitterness, some grapefruit, fruity, citrus, soft acidity, some passion fruit. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, super fruity, citrus, lots of grapefruit, piny hops, very bitter and dry finish, lovely beer.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom. Dorée trouble, col blanc. Arôme est superbement bien houblonné, fruité tirant sur les mangues, pêches, fruits à noyaux et qcq marques d'ananas - malté plaisant en rétro fin pils. Palais est aussi superbement bien houblonné retrouve des notes de fruits de la passion; stone fruits, ananas et pas mal de tropical voire une petite pointe de malon.

More grassiness/pine and less fruitiness than I would expect in a NE style, but I like it! Curious how it will taste in a few weeks.
