25/IX/16 - 50cl bottle I got from the brewers during summer 2015 @ home - BB: n/a (2016-1187) Thanks to the brewers for the gift!
Clear red amber to brown beer, big aery creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, pretty peated, dried fruits, sweet, caramel, sourish. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bit lemony, soft peat, pretty fruity, some caramel. Aftertaste: very fruity, some tannins, grape juice, bit acidic, bit earthy, some lemon juice. Probably infected, but it works pretty well in this beer!
